David is passionate about helping leaders build ministries that are healthy, sustainable, and deeply rooted in the mission of Jesus. He believes healthy churches are built by healthy leaders, strong teams, clear systems, and an unwavering commitment to making disciples.
That's the conviction behind BOLD Ministries. It's why he helps ministries build better systems through AI & ministry systems consulting, and invests in the next generation through NextGen ministry rebuilds.

Over the last twelve years, David has served in ministry across rural communities, urban environments, and large multisite churches. He has led among communities with a wide range of cultural and demographic backgrounds and worked alongside churches of different sizes, structures, and ministry cultures.
